The Covid restrictions on eating indoors have been lifted and there were a few people inside the cafe this morning, but some people still chose to sit outside, particularly as it was pleasantly warm in the sunshine.  The rain, however, returned later this afternoon.

The other restriction that has been lifted this week is indoor group sports, and I went swimming this evening, for the first time since October, with my club.  It was a pleasure to be back in the water, although I think my shoulders may ache in the morning.
