Estatua.

Does anyone know who this is supposed to be? A famous goddess or just a random piece of generic garden statuary? It came with the house, so I don't know its provenance. The spiders obviously like it.
This was not even meant to be today's blip, as I was just testing a new lens, but have no other pictures to show. The lens was a pre-birthday present to myself, encouraged by an email from Canon with a code for 10% off as a birthday treat. I looked at all the reviews and it looked good for distant subjects like birds, but I forgot to compare prices: at least 3 independent suppliers are considerably cheaper. That took the shine off somewhat. Damn Canon and its special offers.
