another angle
lie-in today, breakfast and read the papers - how civilised it feels to go home! then spent the afternoon at M&E's (home of rather nice tulips) ticking off a few more garden jobs. slightly sore and tired by the end of it, but there's a core feeling of gratification at the end of a day working with my dad that i don't get in the office: look back across a garden and you can see what you've done to make it better. in the office i feel i contribute very little at the moment, esp on nights when i open the paper and find almost all my headlines have been altered. i used to be able to guess what was wanted, put on something that was too good to need changing, but not any more it seems.
thought i'd go for a new angle on tulips with this shot - a change is as good as a rest, and all that.
btw, backblipped yesterday if you care to look.
