Halfpenny Bridge

Bitterly cold back in Dublin.

I spent 20 minutes looking down at Dublin from above this morning because the plane couldn't land with the huge amount of snow - all 1 inch of it. You can tell we're really well equipped here for 'extreme weather'!!

So off to Shannon we went to refuel and pass the time on the runway - 3 whole hours! At least I caught up on sleep...

When we finally arrived to Dublin I had a chance encounter (not really) with my folks and bribed them with a swanky new iPad cover in exchange for a lift home - and it worked. They went parked the far side of this beautiful, timeless bridge.
