A request..

For the first time in many years, I think 7, I will be in the UK for James' 13th birthday. He realised that a couple of weeks ago and sent a request, "could I make him a cheesecake" for his birthday.

I cheat, I use these packet mixes, they are not as good, obviously, as a proper home made one, but James enjoys them, and they are a dam sight easier to make.

I'm sure Corin and Sarah will enjoy them as well.
