This shelter had glass windows originally but the council gave up on that in the 1970s

Smashing Windows became a sport long before then but it’s when they gave up replacing them.

I don’t think of doing collages very often but this worth trying. I got soaked just walking three streets to post a letter but it did inspire this blip
