Happy World Bee Day!

When we picked Sophie up from school this afternoon she was very keen to tell us that it was World Bee Day and they had been learning all about why bees are so important. Here she is with the poster she drew at school of a mummy and baby bee leaving the hive.

It’s been a very blustery day for bees and indeed for golfers, with several balls being blown at right angles during this morning’s round. Given the conditions, we didn’t play too badly.
