Poppy

I do love them! They make me think of Romania. Of gypsy wagons crossing train tracks peppered with red blooms. Of country living. Of dust and the smell of summer. I do miss that! But I'm grateful to be home and live here near family and friends. Especially through all we have this last year. Still, I can't wait for this little patch of poppies to open!
