Yellow

OH had to go to office. Scottish Power intend to send bailiffs in for non-payment.  Electricity supplier is not and never has been Scottish Power and bill with energy supplier was paid on time. OH frustrated as letter etc of explanation ignored.  I googled 'Scottish Power and bailiffs' last night and found this has been happening for at least 5 years with other non-clients and was the subject of a Guardian article.  

You cannot appeal to the Ombudsman until you have followed Scottish Power's complaints procedure. To submit a complaint you must be a Scottish Power client. Kafkaesque or what?!!
OH thinks its sorted.  . .
On a brighter note took hound for walk when it was dull and drizzly. Many yellows in evidence but I liked this one.
