Excellent evening

For once it was warm and a bit sunny, no wind and no rain! Then to top it off I finally got to get back in a K2 - with significant help from the BC performance coach sitting behind me! Not surprisingly my Strava recorded a PB! (I may have contributed 30% to that!) I can still bask in the exaggerated glory - for a while, anyway.
