Afternoon treat!

So our fab ‘one night in London’ mini break is drawing to a close. Had a lovely day with brunch, shopping and generally wandering about. Visited a few old haunts including the Renault site where I worked in 1992!

Managed time for a tasty afternoon tea with fizz at Heathrow (blip today) before the flight back up north. Flight was pretty full so people are definitely travelling again, although airports were quiet at both ends.

Eldest son picked us up at airport and we treated him to a meal before dropping him back to Uni and headed back up the motorway. Grateful to be back home safe and sound :)
