Beautiful, the snow looked. Sparkling and even, crunchy underfoot. The kind of snow that makes you want to grab a perfect handful and start a snowball fight.

Of course, it was also the kind of snow that made my journey to work more than twice as long. But you can't have everything.

Can't say I'm looking forward to the journey home...
