Takeaway

A day of on and off rain. A lazy start then my son said he would come with me to the nearby Crarae Gardens. They were beautiful and the colours of the rhododendrons were amazing. What a contrast to Dawyck on Monday where hardly any were out. We met everyone else in Lochgilphead and had a late lunch in a cafe then browsed in a few shops.
We all came back to the cottage and some of us went for a walk up the hill behind where we are staying. Despite the drizzle and mist there was still a good view of the loch.
It was a takeaway for tea then we all played Ticket to Ride.
