The lady in the photograph is allready staying for almost 6y with us. She is verry soft hearted but living deep in her own process , if you know what i mean. Sometimes out of the blue she can interact in what is spoken but most of the times not. I have the feeling she is not unhappy inside. It needs lots of efforts and improvisation to ineract with her , mostly it works out.
Her husband is visiting her almost very day. For him it was hard adapting to the situation. We always try to give some feedback haw his beloved is doing. He is sometimes surprised that she really can understand what is being told. People like this lady communicate on another level , the level of feelings and emotions.
What i love in this picture is the bird in between them, maybe a sign of  bond between them.
