The Two Towers

Up early in the baltic cold to cycle the 10 miles to Willsbridge Mill for first aid training. Lovely cycle, if a little stiff for all the layers I was wearing.

Interesting course, but the guy leading it was running of an internal script, and didn't quite hit the right notes, which resulted with a bit of frustration on our part. Still, the points were made, and I'm now a qualified first aider, (theoretically) capable of bandaging and CPR, amongst others. Although didn't get much practice, so who knows how well all the first aiders would actually cope in an emergency. Made me want to train to be a paramedic.

Squally and snowy cycle home. This was the sunset over to the south. The two towers just visible are the Bath TV and Radio antenna, and the University of Bath is just behind these.
