Ken Dee Marshes

Weather wasn't so bright today; but didn't deter us setting out on a couple of visits - main snap here shows 'R' walking within the Ken Dee Marshes Nature Reserve, which whilst an RSPB site and being excellent for birds, is also a wonderful area for wildlife generally ...

... we also went to the nearby Bellymack Hill Farm Red Kite Feeding Station - I don't really have any great snaps of the kites (they're too fast for my phone camera!) but if you're ever down in that part of the world ... do go and visit the site! You won't be disappointed - the kites are simply spectacular :-)

Another thoroughly enjoyable day, despite the slightly inclement weather!
