Standing Tall

...sounds better than "bearded" for these graceful ladies.  9 bloomed at once and the heat quickly shrunk 6.  The newish flower bed is beginning to look more established this year,  except for the flower clump eaten by a rabbit that somehow got in, despite all our efforts.  The cedar siding has also been attacked again by carpenter bees.   I hate being at war with critters.
