Hockey Town

I flew up to Detroit on Saturday to spend some time with my family. Today we checked out a new church called Westwind and then Eric and I took off for the Joe. It was such a beautiful day today. We walked around Detroit and took pictures of Canada!

After some time downtown, into the Joe we went. We sat eight rows up from the ice and cheered on Abs. Justin Abdelkader (#8) was a friend of mine in high school and now he is the left wing for the Red Wings. Abs started tonight but the Wings lost in a shoot-out! Shame!

Eric and I had a pit stop on the way home but a great night together overall.
