Friday already, its been a quick week!

We were having our food that got delivered yesterday tonight so it was all timed out and popped into the oven.

Food was great - I don't like Jeruselum Artichoke though after my first try of them. Kara was impressed I ate so many vegetables.

Only snag we ran into was no corkscrew. I tried the lighter trick but was getting nowhere so opted for a homemade corkscrew. It worked a treat and I got to drink the whole bottle as Kara didn't like it.
