Near neighbours

It was lovely to be invited over the road for cheese and wine.

It was such a blustery walk to work and back. I’m always conscious of carrying my laptop on my back, and not wanting it to get wet, but I do love being out in bad weather. Seems like freedom to me. And it always makes me grateful for the comfort at the end, which I should never take for granted.

NoaNoa had Biology GCSE Paper 2 of 2 today. No more Biology for him, ever. Considering my parents were both scientists, it amazes me that none of my kids have headed towards science. Just MightyMouse left to steer a different course perhaps ...
