The fiber has capacity, but the residential and the commercial businesses don't cooperate - so no taps on the poles which could be used to split off service.  Two streets away residential service is available.  We will have to see what we can do with commercial collaborators.   In extras, the fiber laying on our drive way before being spooled up by the winder across the street, and the fiber on the spool.
