New arrivals

No pictures taken yesterday it was just so wet and depressing. However, I got the news that we have been waiting for - the eggs have hatched! This morning Jimmy and I headed over to the Derwenthorpe Lakes to see the little family.  There are six cygnets and mum and dad look very proud. I really hope that there won't be the dramas that occurred last year resulting in the loss of 3 cygnets and the death of one adult. I have added an extra proving there really are 6.
