Tentsmuir

Running group 10k day.
Got to Tentsmuir early so Mr Rat and I could mark the course and set the marshals - and then started late as someone got lost on the way there. Despite that we had a good run and all managed the 10k on a cool, but sunny, morning with a gentle breeze. After yesterday's weather we were all very thankful.
After refreshments they returned home and I ran another few miles to take it over the half marathon distance altogether. I then had a lemon and sugar crepe and ended up with lemon syrup everywhere - including glueing my jacket sleeve to my arm! (but it was tasty).
Some of Mr Rat's running friends volunteered to marshal with him and he described his morning as "putting men in their places and telling women where to go!"
He's now out on his bike and I'm doing not very much having had a bath to wash off all the syrup!
