Gifted tulips

Last weekend when we met friends for breakfast I came away with a huge bouquet of a variety of tulips. My friend is starting a fresh cut flower business and she was at the end of the tulip season but still had lots in her fridge. So lucky me....
This dark purple one is called a parrot tulip and I believe I will be buying some to plant for the fall. They are so pretty.
