Need some practice

We had a dinner planned with Sue, wee Mags, Stef, and Wade. This was partly to keep Sue busy after her son, and now fiancé, left last night. Also, wee Mags had to say goodbye to her wee dachshund, Tessa.

This is pudding. A crepe cake, with Nutella, cream and a dark chocolate ganache. No calories, honest, but some practice needed in the final presentation. Stef is a pancake addict so took the leftovers home but I have to confess that it tasted great.

It was a great night, with lots of fun but wee Mags got some sad news of the passing of a dear friend, it was good that she was with us but hard nonetheless.
