North Bridge, Halifax
SUNDAY
Work started on refurbishing the shower room this morning - it took just a couple of hours to remove all the sanitary ware, ceramic tiles and radiator. We are keeping the wood panelling so I nipped down to Halifax at lunch time to buy some paint and exchange a thermostatic valve set.
Whilst in Halifax, I took this photo of the North Bridge - A Victorian iron and stone bridge opened in 1871. It's now overshadowed by the brutalist concrete of the 1970's Burdock Way.
