Dirt Streets

One thing that has taken some getting used to in our Puerto Peñasco summer home is the large number of dirt streets. They are everywhere, even the main/only road from town to the neighboring berg of La Cholla is hard packed sand for the 5 km it takes to get there. Once there, every street in town looks just like this one that runs along the bay. It makes sense that so many people drive four-wheel drive rigs or the ATV's that are so prevalent.
