Ready to race

Another good day at Silverstone with the weather substantially better than expected. A bit more running today including clearing a broken down Lotus from the edge of the track, nothing like the sound of race cars approaching to encourage fast pushing!

Before the day started there was time to catch up with some people in the paddock which is one of the great joys of the motor sport world. The driver of this Porsche was doing it the old school way - drove to the circuit in the car and planning on driving home in it later after racing it!
