Cut Grass.......Seriously?

My apologies for another poor photograph (the only way is up!) but walking to school at ten to three this afternoon to pick up my son, I thought, I can smell fresh cut grass! Impossible on a day like today I think, no, definitely a fresh cut grass smell and sure enough, white snow stained grass green. Sometime between 8.40 am and 2.50 pm the council had been out cutting the verges in the blustery snow! Crazy.
