Pot Luck

Through the good fortune of where we live, we are now in level 1 Covid restrictions.This has made quite a change for us as we are now able to meet up with friends in each other's homes without social distancing. So tonight, for the first time in fifteen months, we got together with friends for a pot-luck supper. My photo shows one of my contributions to the supper, a smoked salmon and pea frittata. The whole meal was delicious and the company was very entertaining, a special time.
