Sunday at Steve's

Fourteen mile round trip bike ride through the bosque to Thirteen Trees (extra 1) where we sheltered in the shade.  Then a short ride over to the river bank to watch some paddle boarders pass by (extra 2).  Home by way of Old Town with a well-deserved stop at Steve's ..... utterly delicious. 

Curious: Why does a cow named Steve have udders?
