A slower pace

I arrived with the kids for school today a bit later than usual. Actually, it was 2 hours later than usual. Mostly because of the snow, but I will also confess to sleeping in a bit too:)

The journey was certainly not as straight forward as yesterday and a little scary on some of the slushy roundabouts but we made it to school safe and sound.

Lunch was had at Portobello with a friend then an early home time for the kids and me.

It feels good to be stopping now and entering into some me time.

Deep breath in...........and out.......

Feels good eh.
