Alchemy and Shadows

To finish a mixed media piece I felt words were needed.

I decided to brew up some ink from avocado seeds.(I have previously dyed cloth with dye from Avocado, a dusky, earthy pink. I knew with this process the result would be far more intense).
Ending up with a deep rich regal kind of burgundy.

I love what nature gives us.

I also love the glass container yet have no idea of it's original purpose. It has a pouring lip.

Last but not least, I love Tassie dog's shadow.
