Farm Building

I walked up to Headley Hall Farm - hoping to see some moorhen chicks on the little pond there - but they were not coming out to play today. I could see them lurking around in the reeds - but not clearly enough to photograph them. So instead you have an old farm building from there - some sort of barn/store/garage I guess. I don’t think it is in bad enough repair for the Derelict Sunday challenge although there is a bit missing from the structure on top of the roof. The sun came out and partially lit up the front of the building just as was taking the shot.

It was quite pleasant out walking - managed 4.25 miles today. Glad I went out in the morning as it has rained all afternoon.

Full roast chicken dinner for tea tonight - delayed from yesterday after our fill of cakes and sandwiches at Hazlewood Castle! Granddaughter had made a full recovery by the time they left here in the evening!
