Causeway

Driving north/home.
I was just about level with Lindisfarne when I got tired of playing with the lorries on the A1 and decided to take a short detour to look across to the island. I thought there’d be a big car park before you reached the causeway but before I realised it I was pretty much already on it. Fortunately there was no other traffic so I hopped out to get this shot.
