Bread.
Do you remember the comedy series on TV back in the 70's called Bread? It was about the Boswell family in Liverpool. This is the street where the programme was located, at Dingle near Toxteth.
The bus driver stopped at the end of the street and let me hop out to get my picture and jump back on again rather than leave me on my own. I used the Canon because he told me that I shouldnt be seen toting my "fancy Nikon" in that area. So I put that one under my jacket!
As you can see, the street slopes down to the Mersey and the snow capped Snowdon mountains are just visible in North Wales in the distance.
