Essence of an Eagle

A very easy day overall especially considering driving around in the Fremont District with a 65 foot long truck and trailer... Takes 3 lanes to make some turns.. On my way home I stopped by the lake to see what I could see.. I counted 9 swallows, 2 sparrows, 1 junco and THREE bald eagles. A magical moment. This one was the closest at 500 feet / 150 meters away, taken in the rain AND highly cropped.

A wonderful taco supper and a quiet evening ahead as I'll be going to bed early because I got a very long run tomorrow..
