Trees galore

Now that travel restrictions have been relaxed we've started to venture further afield and today we took a drive to Dawyck Gardens near Peebles. Dawyck is part of the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh family and is a joy if you like nature and in particular trees and shrubs. 

We had hoped to see the dramatic display of azaleas and rhododendrons that the garden is famous for but the cold spring has delayed that so I guess we will just have to go back in a few weeks time.
