Posing for Granny

Today was day one of my new gig as a daycare provider for my granddaughters. They are 3 and just turned 5 years old. 
This is the five-year-old. She sat for me for a photo. I used the strobe to light her, but the result was a weird blue mess. It turned out that I had the white balance set to auto. When I switched it to flash, this was the result. That was an eye-opener for me. I went back to my engagement shoot and adjusted the white balance on some of the photos and was very happy with the results.
