Rare visitors

My local friend called round for coffee this morning.  We haven't been told we can't meet indoors, even though Bedford is the third highest area with the Indian Covid variant.  Lots of confusion.  Anyway we don't live in Bedford, we live in a village and haven't been to Bedford for weeks.

We chatted about our holidays and they had reasonable weather in Blakeney in north Norfolk.  The Blakeney hotel was very well organised and has implemented a "residents only" policy, so no visitors for lunch or afternoon tea.

We very rarely get visiting greenfinches these days, so I was pleased to be able to snap these two before they spotted me.
