Gently down the stream

Beauty biggified

;))

This should have been 'mineral' for Freespiral's TinyTuesday challenge, but I felt like keeping things simple today, so this is one of the bag of peacock feathers K brought back from the charity shop a few days ago.  Amazing beauty!

So yesterday - the explanation.  I've had another patch of dizziness so rang the doctor and was told to come in immediately.  From there I was sent to A&E for a scan.  The hospital people were all lovely.  They were looking for either a mini stroke or a brain tumour.  They stuck a canula in one arm and took blood from the other.  I had an ECG, a neurological exam and then I was given a CT scan.  As you can imagine, by this stage I was seeing life and death swirling infront of my eyes almost as fast as the room was.

They found nothing.

In all, I was gone five hours.  I'm not ungrateful, far from it, but I wish they'd considered the possibility of a middle-ear infection, or similar, because now I'm at home still trying not to move too fast incase I fall over, and no further forward.  Still, I guess it could have been an awful lot worse.

And thank you for all your very kind queries and wishes.

Right, to biz:  WildflowerWeek21 is now in its ninth week (as from last Sunday).  I will put up something on the challenges page in just a mo, but to reiterate the obvious, the tag until midnight Saturday 29th is #WildflowerWeek21_09.  And Hearts plus Hon Mentions  for WildflowerWeek21_08 will be in my journal tomorrow (Wed).  Thank you to all who show an interest in this challenge - as you know, its subject is very near to my heart.

Enjoy your Tuesday Evening/Wednesday, lovely peeps  xx
