Hawthorn

Despite the rain this tree bumblebee was busy on the hawthorn.

Cleaned the bathrooms, not sorted the floor or wood yet, then had a long shower.

Left it until the afternoon to shop for a change. Had a wet walk around Corstorphine Hill Cemetery before getting stuff on the way home.

So tired that I had arrived home, put garden bin back in garage, washed hands & sat with a cuppa, neighbour kindly knocked later that I had left the garage door open, luckily no one interested in my messy stuff & nothing damaged with the rain. Sometimes I'm just so forgetful, thank goodness for good caring neighbours.

Extra is copper beech colourful leaves lovely colours despite the dreich day. It was lovely to see the coppers with all the shades of lush greens from the trees leafing up & enjoying the rain.
