Back to the Grasslands

Success! Got a photo of one of the (many) bobolinks that were on the Grasslands and it doesn't look like it was taken from Mars! One conveniently  landed on a bush next to the path, and it happened to be one we were standing behind!I didn't get the grasshopper sparrow, but this made up for it! 
Nice relaxing day - the Grasslands, a little shopping ( very little , it seems until it's high season most of the village shops were closed )and a lovely paddle on the lake.Finish it off with pizza and a spiked bourbon salted caramel milkshake and you have probably managed to exceed the calories you burned off during the day, but had a good time.
