Gallery of Modern Art

Another very snowy day in Edinburgh.
This morning we visited the Peploe exhibition at the Gallery of Modern Art.
The exhibition was wonderful and lived up to the previous exhibition we visited there, featuring the work of another Scottish Colourist,FCB Cadell.
This is a shot of the cafe at the gallery from the first floor, where the exhibition was being held.
This rather large sculpture dominates the cafe area.
Later we visited the National Portrait Gallery who were holding an exhibition of Scottish Comedian called Stop Your Tickling Jock.
To round of the day we paid another visit to the pictures to see 'Side Effects' which was very good with lots of twists in the plot :-)
