Waterproofed and ready

Today just felt I had to lash out and buy new walking shoes for my trip to Stewart Island. Walking around breaking them in as I prepare my luggage. They are Skechers so should be good. The lady in the shop waterproofed them, hope I live a bit longer so as to get a bit of use out of them
After a very hard frost we have had a beautiful day but the forecast for Stewart Island is rubbish so we might have a bit of practice at playing cards
