I should have been at the hairdresser’s this afternoon but got a phone call last night rearranging it for tomorrow. 

Instead we went to Kendal, put some supermarket fuel in the car and did a bit of shopping in Sainsbury’s. The roads and shop were quiet, so pleased it’s done ahead of the Bank Holiday weekend. 

I was about to take tea out of the oven when the phone rang. It was my hairdresser. Appointment changed again!
