Flint

A very wet day in the woods. Half the activities for this week were cancelled because of the slippery conditions and then, after the talk from Archaeology Scotland, we cut our losses and packed up. Back to base.

Picture shows an arrowhead, roughly 4000 years old. There was also a 6000 year old axehead and some extremely modern (ahem) Roman pottery to examine. Good stuff.
