It is time for the Peonies!

Peony season begins with the hot pink tree peony which is always the first to bloom each year.  It is a bit early this year.  Looks like I will have 8 big blooms on it this season.  They don't last very long but oh what a treat these flowers are!  Soon the other peonies will follow and we will be  into the summer season.  A hot one today.  It is already 65F at 6:30am!  Jay will be here replacing some rotted trim on the house and John will be here this afternoon for garden chores.  A busy day at Stone Mountain Farm.
