Why?

Are there so many options on washing machines? Always seem mad but perhaps I have so few clothes that I only ever have to use a couple of the programs. Cottons and rinse are about all I need!

Some work achieved with numerous emails sent and still some to go. Also some very frustrating calls with the bank - why do they all have such stupid automated people saying please tell me what you want. To speak to a human please....I’m sorry I didn’t quite get that...!
