Back of Famelon ....

.... still searching for a decent photo of the black grouse (extra again!). I love to listen to them calling. The amount of snow here is skiable and it was great to walk on early, nice and crunchy. By 08:30 the crust had softened and I was up to my knees in some places. These early morning sorties are exhausting, had to have a big nap this afternoon!
